Konami recently sent us a ruling reversal for "Zombie Master" that involved activating its effect while there are no Zombie-Type monsters in the Graveyard.
The new ruling is as follows and will be added to the FAQ:
"You cannot activate "Zombie Master's" effect if there are no Level 4 or lower Zombie-Type monsters in the Graveyard, even if you would discard one to activate the effect."

Yeah this ruling doesn't screw up Derrick's deck a little, it screws it up a lot. It's 5 times slower now.

Yeah, I always thought that was a cheap shot, ( summon ZM discard Zm 2 spec summon ZM discard Zombie of choice for the sitiuation, summon Zombie of choice, Rapage! ) Add in 1 or 2 CoSR just for kicks...
